“We had a lovely experience with Remoza Tours during our trip to Cairo, Luxor and Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, the airport transfers were very smooth and well organised. We never had to wait, which made travelling between destinations much easier and stress-free. The team were genuinely lovely, friendly and always willing to help. Everyone seemed keen to make sure we were comfortable, happy and satisfied with the service. We also really enjoyed the lunch stops included as part of our excursions. The restaurants chosen were lovely, the food was enjoyable and the portions were generous. It was a nice touch that added to the overall experience. There were occasionally some communication misunderstandings, where we thought something had already been confirmed but were asked for the same information again. This could sometimes be a little confusing, and communication could be improved in that respect. However, overall, we had a very positive experience. We particularly appreciated the flexibility, personal attention and the opportunity to enjoy our holiday at our own pace as a family, without feeling rushed.
