Day tours are Pay on the Day — no advance payment is required. You can pay your guide in cash or by credit card at the start of the tour.

Multi-day packages and Nile cruises require a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining 75% is payable on arrival in Egypt by cash or credit card.

All transfers are Pay on Arrival. Cash and credit cards are accepted. No deposit is required.

Day tours and transfers can be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost before the day of service. Please notify us as early as possible so we can adjust our plans.

More than 30 days before arrival: full refund. 15–30 days: 75% refund. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund, as hotels, cruises and transport will already be confirmed. No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.

Yes. Every Remoza Tours experience is fully private for your party — your own English-speaking Egyptologist, private vehicle and flexible schedule.

All of our guides are fluent in English. Guides in other languages (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Arabic) can be arranged on request when booking.

Entrance fees are included in packages and full-day tours unless otherwise stated. Optional experiences such as hot-air balloon rides, entering the Great Pyramid or Nefertari's Tomb are usually payable on-site.

Sedan (1–3 passengers), SUV (1–3), Van (2–8), Coaster / Minibus (9–20) and Large Bus (21–50). All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned and privately assigned to your group.

Yes. All intercity transfer prices include the required Egyptian travel permits, tolls and checkpoint fees.

Most nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival at the airport for USD 25 or apply for an e-visa online in advance. Please check the latest requirements for your passport with the Egyptian embassy in your country.

October to April is the most comfortable season, with warm days and cool evenings. May to September is hotter but ideal for Red Sea holidays and offers excellent value.

We do not sell travel insurance. We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive travel insurance in your country of residence before travelling.
