At Remoza Tours, we aim to provide flexible and transparent booking conditions for all our customers. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by the Company
In rare cases, Remoza Tours may need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:
Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Operational issues
In such cases, customers will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule to another available date
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Changes & Modifications
Customers may request changes to their booking (date, time, or service) at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.
5. Late Arrival Policy
If a customer is late and misses the tour, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
6. Special Conditions
Some tours (e.g., private trips, long-distance tours like Abu Simbel Temples or customized packages) may have different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
