Cancellation by the Customer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>48 hours or more<\/strong> before the scheduled tour date will receive a <strong>full refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>24\u201348 hours<\/strong> before the tour will receive a <strong>50% refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>less than 24 hours<\/strong> before the tour or <strong>no-shows<\/strong> are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Cancellation by the Company<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In rare cases, Remoza Tours may need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safety concerns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, customers will be offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>full refund<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The option to <strong>reschedule<\/strong> to another available date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be processed using the <strong>same payment method<\/strong> used during booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund processing may take <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong>, depending on your bank or payment provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Changes &amp; Modifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers may request changes to their booking (date, time, or service) at least <strong>24 hours in advance<\/strong>, subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are <strong>not guaranteed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Late Arrival Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a customer is late and misses the tour, it will be considered a <strong>no-show<\/strong>, and no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
