Lea atentamente nuestra pol\u00edtica de devoluciones y cancelaciones antes de confirmar su reserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Cancelaci\u00f3n por parte del Cliente<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancelaciones realizadas <strong>48 horas o m\u00e1s<\/strong> antes de la fecha programada de la gira recibir\u00e1 una <strong>reembolso completo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancelaciones realizadas <strong>24\u201348 horas<\/strong> antes de que la gira reciba una <strong>Reembolso 50%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancelaciones realizadas <strong>menos de 24 horas<\/strong> antes de la visita o <strong>no se presentaron<\/strong> son <strong>No reembolsable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Cancelaci\u00f3n por parte de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En casos excepcionales, Remoza Tours podr\u00eda verse obligada a cancelar o reprogramar una excursi\u00f3n debido a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preocupaciones de seguridad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problemas operativos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tales casos, se ofrecer\u00e1 a los clientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>reembolso completo<\/strong>, o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La opci\u00f3n de <strong>reprogramar<\/strong> a otra fecha disponible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Pol\u00edtica de reembolso<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los reembolsos se procesar\u00e1n utilizando el <strong>mismo m\u00e9todo de pago<\/strong> utilizado durante la reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El procesamiento del reembolso puede tardar <strong>5-10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong>, dependiendo de su banco o proveedor de pagos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Cambios y modificaciones<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los clientes pueden solicitar cambios en su reserva (fecha, hora o servicio) al menos <strong>24 horas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, sujeto a disponibilidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haremos todo lo posible para adaptarnos a los cambios, pero son <strong>no garantizado<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Pol\u00edtica de llegada tard\u00eda<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si un cliente llega tarde y pierde el recorrido, se considerar\u00e1 un <strong>no se present\u00f3<\/strong>, y no se emitir\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
