Stornierung durch den Kunden<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stornierungen vorgenommen <strong>48 Stunden oder mehr<\/strong> vor dem geplanten Tourdatum erh\u00e4lt er\/sie eine <strong>volle R\u00fcckerstattung<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stornierungen vorgenommen <strong>24\u201348 Stunden<\/strong> vor der Tour wird eine <strong>50%-R\u00fcckerstattung<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stornierungen vorgenommen <strong>weniger als 24 Stunden<\/strong> vor der Tour oder <strong>Nichterscheinen<\/strong> Sind <strong>nicht erstattungsf\u00e4hig<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Stornierung durch das Unternehmen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In seltenen F\u00e4llen kann es vorkommen, dass Remoza Tours eine Tour absagen oder verschieben muss aus folgenden Gr\u00fcnden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wetterbedingungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sicherheitsbedenken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Betriebsprobleme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In solchen F\u00e4llen wird den Kunden Folgendes angeboten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>volle R\u00fcckerstattung<\/strong>, oder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Option <strong>neu terminieren<\/strong> auf einen anderen verf\u00fcgbaren Termin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. R\u00fcckerstattungsrichtlinie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00fcckerstattungen werden \u00fcber das System abgewickelt. <strong>gleiche Zahlungsmethode<\/strong> wird w\u00e4hrend der Buchung verwendet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Bearbeitung von R\u00fcckerstattungen kann dauern <strong>5\u201310 Werktage<\/strong>, abh\u00e4ngig von Ihrer Bank oder Ihrem Zahlungsanbieter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. \u00c4nderungen und Modifikationen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kunden k\u00f6nnen \u00c4nderungen an ihrer Buchung (Datum, Uhrzeit oder Leistung) mindestens <strong>24 Stunden im Voraus<\/strong>, vorbehaltlich Verf\u00fcgbarkeit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wir werden unser Bestes tun, um \u00c4nderungen zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, aber sie sind <strong>nicht garantiert<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
